　3番目は、Goldman Sachsがオリンパス株式を大量に「空売り」していたという本日の報道です。

Goldman Sachsは10月13日にオリンパス株を83万株も空売りし、空売り残はピークだった11月8日に194万株となり、翌9日にほとんどを買い戻していたのです。

しかし、ウッドフォード解任は10月14日なのです。

何故Goldmanは、その前日である10月13日に空売り出来たのでしょうか？　13日の出来高は311万株で、その中で83万株も空売りしたのです。13日の引け値は2482円でした。また194万株の空売り残をほとんど買い戻した11月9日の引け値は584円でした。

22億円の利益が出ています。これはGoldmanが前日に解任を知っていたとしか考えられないのですが、難しいのは、これだけでインサイダー取引にあたるのか「微妙」なのです。社長を解任した方が株価にプラスのこともあるからです。

しかし、これはオリンパス事件という日本の株式市場にとって不幸な出来事に乗じて、一部の外資が収益を上げたという「日本にとって絶対に問題視しなければならない」出来事なのです。

ウッドフォードが「資料を海外の捜査当局と報道機関」だけにしか提供していないことと考え合わせると、結構奥が深い話なのです。
